The wheel restraint fully compatible with concrete wheel‑guide systems
When concrete wheel guides are in place, you need an effective and reliable restraint solution
Installation on a concrete base or concrete wheel guide (250 to 350 mm)
With the Easyblock H400 wheel restraint, communication between drivers and your warehouse staff is based on an intuitive principle, enhanced by visual light signals located both on the restraint itself and inside your building. The system requires no verbal exchange.
Installed on your concrete wheel guides or concrete bases, the restraint is elevated, improving visibility and accessibility. It remains completely unaffected by ground condition or cleanliness. The driver does not need to lift it: they simply push into it, and it locks automatically via a powerful electromagnet, securing the wheel at approximately 370 mm above ground level.
Dock interlocking principle
As long as the truck is not secured, the restraint indicator light remains green, and the sectional door cannot be opened. Once the wheel is locked, the restraint light switches to red, while the internal signal turns green, authorising the door to open.
From that moment, any attempt to unlock the system is impossible. If such an attempt is detected, an audible alarm is immediately triggered, alerting your team so they can intervene quickly.
Once loading operations are complete, the dock leveller returned to its home position and the door closed, the restraint indicates to the driver that unlocking is now permitted. As soon as it is unlocked, the restraint light turns green again, the internal signal switches to red, and the door is locked once more.
